Many question arise from potential customers about safety software pricing. This is something that is typically not posted on software development web sites due to the competitive nature of these businesses. At BasicSafe, we are proud of our hosted solution pricing structure but are also very reserved about throwing the pricing out in public view. Each operation using BasicSafe has its own complexity and is sized differently in terms of users and the amount of data they might generate. Therefore, pricing is more complex than simply generating a simple price list.
Generally speaking, for each site with less than 100 employees, BasicSafe monthly subscription pricing for the core modules can range from $8.25 to $25.00 per month for each module you might choose to use. There is a one time set up fee based on the complexity of your operation that could be as high as $300.00 per site added to the system. The next level of BasicSafe pricing covers sites with 100 to 1000 employees. There are also discounts availble for company's with multiple sites and use of multiple modules.
Because of our unique programming and effective use of the Internet, BasicSafe is able to offer pricing that is better than or competitive with anyone in this industry using comparable technology. And always remember, with BasicSafe you can access your safety information from anywhere you have an Internet connection.
BasicSafe currently has no limit on the number files or total storage you are able to use once you subscribe. There is currently a 5MB file size limitation on any single file being placed in the system. This limit is set to optimize the response time between your users and the BasicSafe system. This maximum file size can be adjusted if necessary for specific customers.
BasicSafe is also available in single-site and multi-site enterprise versions that reside on your servers and service your operation across your intranet. These systems are priced unique to each customer based on how much customization they require. These systems generally require an upfront purchase of the software and then an annual license fee required to have us maintain and upgrade the system annually.
