Many question arise from potential customers about safety software pricing. This is something that is typically not posted on software development web sites due to the competitive nature of these businesses. At BasicSafe, we are proud of our hosted solution pricing structure but are also very reserved about throwing the pricing out in public view. Each operation using BasicSafe has its own complexity and is sized differently in terms of users and the amount of data they might generate. Therefore, pricing is more complex than simply generating a simple price list.

One of the key determining factors when thinking about Software Based Safety Solutions is justification of the expenditure. Sometimes the savings used to justify these kinds of expenditures are hard to quantify on a short term basis. Reductions in workers compensation insurance sometimes takes years to appear after the reductions in the number of accidents take place. That means that additional effort and expenses put forth to generate these reductions in accidents can add to bottom line costs in the early years of a more robust safety program.
