BasicSafe Action Management
Action Management helps keep things on track
The BasicSafe Action Management Module provides a means of tracking actions issued automatically or manually within the BasicSafe system of tools. Once in the action tracking system, all comments, files, and any other activity documented is captured and retained as history in this tool.
Actions are assigned to individuals and show up in the BasicSafe One Stop Shop header if the actions are incomplete. A BasicSafe user can readily see how many actions they have outstanding and easily access these items.
Assignees and assigners receive email notifications when any activity occurs on an action by the other party. Approvers can be selected to approved a completed action before it can be closed.
